sales price is roughly $80k lower than the first offer I cant see my agent is striving to get the best result for us but pushing you to accept any offer on the table Weekly feedback after each inspection is slow too Hard to get on hold of this agent at later stage of sales We will not consider to utilise Vanda or Matt from O'brien to sell our properties in the future

Vanda's enthusiasm and local area knowledge is what appealed to us from the outset. Her advise in setting up the place for sale helped prepare for the initial openings. Vanda's continued enthusiasm during what turned out to be a difficult, long, drawn out process in a very flat market did falter a bit with other issues / priorities coming into play.
