Vanessa is a great agent with a tight knit team. The commission rate is a little higher than most in the area but she said she worked hard for it and she certainly lived up to it. We were able to sell our house within a week of saying yes and it was sold off-market (just an insight into our situation) so no advertising fees. When it came to the negotiation of price I feel that Vanessa knew the market very well and did a fantastic job of negotiating with the buyers on our behalf. We were very happy with the sale result. She was able to deliver on everything we required from the sale, I cannot express how easy and transparent the whole process was. I highly recommend her and the team for selling your home.
