Vanessa was very professional & helpful. I found the property on realestate.com & contacted Vanessa for a viewing. I put in an offer an offer my 2nd viewing & Vanessa was very helpful giving me contact details for tradesmen to assist with improvements plus she found answers to my questions. She was with me when I paid my deposit & introduced me to the complex manager. It was a pleasure working with Vanessa & her team.

Vanessa Brunton was recommended to us and we are so glad that we followed that advice. Vanessa has a thorough knowledge of the market, is a very professional agent in every way and is always contactable. With the marketing and sale of our home, Vanessa persevered through everything that 2020 could throw at her but nothing was too much trouble. The fantastic result that Vanessa achieved for us was above our expectations and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their most precious asset - their home.

Great personal skillset in regard to dealing with the client whether buyer or seller. local knowledge is evident from the start and the ability to facilitate all aspects that could promote the outcome is equally impressive. Punctual ,reliable and trustworthy. A great agent.

Great communication, very professional and highly recommend Vanessa, very happy with results.

Vanessa was always professional, fair and informative through the process. The property she sold for me was at the lower end of the market but this did not diminish the care or attention she put in to selling my property. She had an open home every weekend and kept me informed along the way. It wasn't an easy sale but her perseverance meant it eventually sold. Her resilience is appreciated.

Found Vanessa to be very professional, warm and friendly to communicate with. I also found her to be very knowledgeable of the local area. A real pleasure to buy a property from. Regards Dawn & Sasha Pcino.

During our experience Vanessa Was very professional and Respectful at all times paying particular Care & attention to our specific needs.

Vanessa is an experienced agent who helped me navigate through the whole process of selling my house. Vanessa has a lovely manner and is able to gain people's trust with her honesty and clear feedback. Highly recommend Vanessa and this is my second experience with her.

Vanessa Brunton rang to alert me to the property as it came to her for sale following an earlier viewing of another property. Her professionalism in presenting the property, following up with further opportunities to view and rapid actioning of the negotiation process was a positive motivation to continue with the purchase. Every request was answered promptly and in most cases with more detail than expected. I am know selling and will list with this agent with confidence.

Vanessa knows everything going on on the sunshine coast and remembers everything that's happened over the last 20 years. She knew the property inside and out and was always easy to contact. Will always use Vanessa in the future.

Vanessa was spot on in pricing my property which sold for a great price. She was super positive about the property & nothing was too much trouble for her. She spent a lot of time with buyers & the feedback was really good for me, I knew exactly what was going on & who was interested or serious. I would highly recommend using her as an agent.

I engaged Vanessa to sell a property in Yandina. She was enthusiastic and confident that she could achieve a sale quickly and at a highr price than other agents had indicated was acheivable. We gave Vanessa a chance to prove this and she very quickly arranged for the agreed marketing and photography and had open houses arranged straight after. We soon had an offer in the price range we had hoped for and which we wete happy to accept. Sale was achieved within a couple of weeks and settled in the agreed time frame. We were kept in the loop with regular updates and Vanessa was always available for help and guidance. I certainly recommend Vanessa and Carolans to anyone who wishes to have an enthusiastic and effective agent.
