She advertised in a number of local newspapers and outlet on a regular basis It took just under a year for our home to sell, due to the post-Covid era and recent interest rate hikes slowing the market considerably. But Vanessa was very confident of selling the house and never once asked us to lower our prices to get a sale. She knew we were placed well within the selling market as it was and she was patient at getting us the right price. She worked really hard each week to find people to show the home to, and was very quick to notify us of all those whom she had engaged with. While we were away during much of the time while we were her clients, she faithfully opened doors, cleaned floors and made the house presentable to suitable buyers. She organized for grounds and lawn maintenance, and any repairs, or fix things that needed to be done to make the property compliant with local laws, for which we were grateful.
