From Disappointment to Delight

She displayed a keen insight in identifying those with a real interest in making a purchase. Although we signed four unproductive contracts during a time of instability for potential borrowers, Vanessa remained in constant communication with us, and wasted no time in securing a new contract each time one fell over. Eventually, our disappointment turned to joy, as she worked tirelessly for a beneficial result. They highlighted our wedding anniversary with a surprise gift, and Cheyne produced a beautiful photographic memory of our home in a bound volume.
