From the first moment we dealt with Vanessa we were treated with respect and kindness. As first home buyers, the entire journey of obtaining documents, viewing the property and making that first tentative offer was all new for us, and we were worried about missing key details or not asking the right questions. Vanessa fielded my many pedantic questions with patience and intelligence. It really made us feel as though we were making the right choice, fully armed with all the information we needed.
