Vanessa had sold a property in the same block as my apartment so I called her to find out the details of that sale. She was unable to disclose that information but offered to do an appraisal of my property and when she said “obligation free” I believed her. She supplied the appraisal and she did not hound me. I decided that I would sell and asked her to put the property on the market. I think she asked me for about 4 things through the whole process. I liked that. It was so easy. She had an offer on the property after 1 viewing. The property photos she arranged we very good even though there were some initial challenges due to plants and furniture of the tenant. I enjoyed the experience because Vanessa knows her stuff. She knows the area and she just got on with it.
