Vanessa was extremely professional, representing the seller of the property, but was also very helpful to us as buyers from abroad by arranging a Face-time walk through of the property. This led to a visit to Brisbane by me to view the property first hand. From there Vanessa facilitated the ability to bid at auction via phone, which then led to the purchase. We were very happy with our experience and are needless to say thrilled with the outcome.
