Vanessa was always approachable - even when she was away on holidays! She had a very detailed knowledge of properties in the area and how comparable they were to ours in terms of size, value, distance from amenities and attractions. We wanted to be aggressive around pricing and she was happy to work with us on marketing it for a price a little higher than her original valuation and got a lot of interest and people through on open houses and private inspections. As the campaign progressed we realised that being too aggressive on pricing knocked a few prospective buyers out of contention and revised the price closer to Vanessa’s original valuation. We ended up selling before the time frame that we had estimated it would take and had the quickest settlement I’ve ever heard about - less than 2 weeks! I don’t know that we would have got the result we got without the drive and persistence that Vanessa provided on our behalf and always kept us informed about what was going on and worked with the holiday let manager to ensure guests and prospective buyers were catered for.

We couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Vanessa. As we live away from the home we were selling Vanessa looked after everything from recommending a conveyancer, styling the house and kept us informed throughout the whole sales process.
