Even though it was a bit expensive at the time, it was worth it in the end with a very successful sale after only a few home opens. It was the right thing to do. Vanessa displayed strong negotation skills and was careful to follow up each person who displayed an interest. There were regular phonecalls to give latest developments. Vanessa was amazing throughout the whole process of selling my grandmothers unit. It was a complex, lengthy deceased estate listing but Vanessa was communicative and helpful throughout. She worked with the 3 vendors to achieve an outstanding sale price, and ensured the settlement was completed extremely quickly. This was a challenging situation with 3 different vendors involved who were all looking for slightly different things in an agent, but Vanessa excelled in all aspects. Highly recommend!

There were a few small points where things felt somewhat downplayed in the price negotiations, but I understand she is acting in the owner’s best interests to achieve the price they’re seeking.
