Vanessa helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent communicator that will do everything possible to get your house sold

I decided to bring in Vanessa after another agent was unable to secure a sale. I met Vanessa at an open home and knew she was the person for the job. She is full of energy and has strong market knowledge. She suggested changes to make my home sell like a partial stage, new photos/ videography and an auction campaign. Vanessa is a boutique agent that does not have an unmanageable amount of listings. This means she can spend time to following up each and every buyer to get you the best result possible. Could not recommend more! Give her the opportunity to sell your home too.
