I first meet Vanessa whilst at The Entrance looking for a property and attending open houses, I walked past a property for sale and called Vanessa's mobile, we agreed to meet at her office later that afternoon, I explained to Vanessa everything that I wanted in my purchase. Initially Vanessa showed me a apartment close to town centre, but not for me, then Vanessa told me about a property that was coming on to the market in about 5 weeks at North Entrance, Vanessa and I communicated several times to check on status of upcoming property, when Vanessa contacted me that the place was ready to inspect late on a Thursday afternoon I was very excited, the property was everything I was looking for and made my offers on Friday and finally accepted, paid initial deposit that Saturday morning.
