Vanessa was very professional and gave us great guidance on how to purchase our new property and then sell our previous home for a fantastic result. As a true local real estate expert, her sound advice really paid off. Her communication was clear and reassuring throughout the process, and we always felt supported and informed during what is a stressful period. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend Vanessa to anyone buying or selling.

Vanessa was extremely professional and responsive

Vanessa did an amazing job selling my property and definitely got me the best price with her knowledge of the area, professionalism and marketing. She was committed to getting the best result and everything was dealt with for the sale seamlessly. I was already living interstate when I sold but this posed no issues as Vanessa had processes in place to make everything happen for me.

Vanessa was exceptionally knowledgeable about the type of buyer who might be interested in my property, how to reach them and the best way to present my property. She provided excellence service and advice which resulted in a quick sale for price that more than met my expectations.

Vanessa was directly recommended to us by several people and it's easy to see why. She's highly skilled, experienced and knowledgeable which meant we were in very capable hands. She's absolutely committed to getting the best outcome for her clients and works incredibly hard to do it. She's a marvel.

Vanessa and her team of wonderful helpers handled the sale of my property in a very professional manner. Her knowledge of the local market was spot on and this resulted in a very quick sale at a price we were pleased with, meeting our expectations. I couldn't recommend Vanessa more highly.

Vanessa clearly has a very informed knowledge of the market with her timeliness and professionalism clearly demonstrated from the outset. I am very satisfied in the way in which she handled the property. She is a trustworthy and reliable communicator which resulted in a satisfying quick final result. Thank you.

Vanessa kept all communication open and up front she was honest and offered guidance and advice where necessary. You always felt like she was working hard for the best deal for you.

Working with Vanessa from Belle Real Estate Cairns was an absolute pleasure. From my very first meeting, she impressed me with her professionalism, deep market knowledge, and genuine commitment to helping me achieve the best possible outcome. Vanessa gave me solid, actionable advice on improvements and design ideas that truly elevated my property before listing. I highly recommended Vanessa!

We would 100% recommend them for anyone looking to buy a house. Can't wait to get the keys to our beautiful new home.

Choosing a real estate agent that suits you is like sifting for gold. They all promise the world hoping to get you to sign a contract, but do little beyond selling themselves. Even before we signed with Vanessa, she was demonstrating how she would work for us. For example inviting us to view one of her open homes, providing details for a removalist.. if Vanessa said that she would do something, she did it. Vanessa was always exemplary in her communication with us including listening to us I.e.what our needs , hopes, concerns were - a rare skill. Other things that impressed us about Vanessa was that she was positive yet realistic, timely, efficient, organised, helpful and we always felt that she was working for us and our best interests. Selling our much loved home was a huge undertaking for us. We wanted to be able to trust the person representing our home and who would find a buyer who would be the right fit. We have not regretted our decision to choose Belle / Vanessa to sell or home.

Friendly team and easy dealings. Can’t ask for anything else. They were great
