Choosing a real estate agent that suits you is like sifting for gold. They all promise the world hoping to get you to sign a contract, but do little beyond selling themselves. Even before we signed with Vanessa, she was demonstrating how she would work for us. For example inviting us to view one of her open homes, providing details for a removalist.. if Vanessa said that she would do something, she did it. Vanessa was always exemplary in her communication with us including listening to us I.e.what our needs , hopes, concerns were - a rare skill. Other things that impressed us about Vanessa was that she was positive yet realistic, timely, efficient, organised, helpful and we always felt that she was working for us and our best interests. Selling our much loved home was a huge undertaking for us. We wanted to be able to trust the person representing our home and who would find a buyer who would be the right fit. We have not regretted our decision to choose Belle / Vanessa to sell or home.
