Always a pleasure working with Vanessa. We have bought 2 houses and sold 2 houses through here now. Out most recent sale was off market. We asked Vanessa to come around to the house to have a look and give us an appraisal, we weren't planning on going to market for a few months but Vanessa managed to find 2 buyers within a few weeks, both put offers in and we sold. She was able to negotiate a settlement date that lined up with what we wanted and it was all a seamless process once again.
