My experience with Vani Kumbala was unsatisfactory due to several critical issues: ・Contractual Negligence: The draft contracts contained significant oversights. Had I not personally identified these errors, I would have been bound by terms that deviated from standard Form 6 requirements and were heavily disadvantageous to me as a seller. ・Unauthorized Demands: At the time of handover, the agent requested a professional cleaning—a "special condition" that was never agreed upon or documented in the Form 6. Demanding additional obligations outside the legal contract is highly unprofessional. ・Lack of Communication: During the off-market period, weekly reports and feedback were minimal, leaving me uninformed about the market response. Inappropriate Solicitation: I received multiple automated requests for a review well before the settlement was finalized. Professional etiquette dictates that such requests should follow, not precede, the completion of the legal process. I expected a representative who would protect my interests, but instead, I had to remain hyper-vigilant to protect myself.
