We have nothing but good things to say about Vanya. From the beginning of our journey in purchasing this house she has been courteous, professional and caring with regard to our goals. She put herself in not only the sellers shoes, but saw things from our perspective as buyers as well. The result of that is we were dealing with a respectful, sharp and dedicated agent who gave us the confidence of knowing we were in good hands throughout what can often be a painful process. One of the most impressive things about her is the fact that her "call me if you need anything or have any more questions" is actually sincere. After the sale she was still there for us, greeting every query and follow up with the same positive, dedicated attitude she had during the purchase. With us she was and continues to be nothing but honest, upfront and available. She will probably be a much older woman by the time we need our next home (or sell this one) but if she is still in the industry we will seek her out.

We had nothing but a positive experience with Vanya as our agent - from the preparation for sale right up until settlement. My hole experience from the very beginning was not great. My last option was to sell due to major financial difficulties. This being know, I was spoken down to in a disrespectful manner each time. And to top if off, changes were made after agreements by other parties changing their minds and putting me in a very difficult position by Venya stating its my responsibility and at my expense. I had no choice but to continue without moral support.

The fact that we bought this property from Vanya and she sent a vendors review form says it all. Vanya runs hot and cold and was lacking in service and professionalism. At one point we had a window of opportunity to inspect a property that was extremely difficult to get into and Vanya completely dropped the ball. The experience was frustrating and at times infuriating. This is an honest review drawn from reality and not malice.
