Varun provided exceptional service and support during our recent sale process. Communication was clear and thorough, with Varun essentially on call to answer any question at any time. He was exceptionally proactive and made the process as painless as possible through regular, constructive advice. This was demonstrated when he provided advance notice to his list of active, serious buyers that our house would soon be placed on the market for Auction. The end result was that we had three interested parties request three early inspections of our property (before it went to market) that resulted in 2 decent offers within 72 hours of the first inspection. Ultimately an offer was accepted and contracts exchanged almost two weeks before the house was intended to go to market - saving us the marketing costs in the process. We’ll use Varun and Chayan again when we next seek to sell.

Varun Dhand and Chayan Khurana helped me to sell the property in Watson, ACT 2602. It was very pleased to work with them and many characteristics of amazing real estate agents could be seen from them as below: - Great customer-focused attitude. - Excellent market knowledge - Clearly explain the steps of selling a house to the seller before signing the Agency Agreement. - Introduced a very smart approach in advertising the property in an effective and cost-saving manner. - Very hard working in opening the house for inspection and contacting to the potential buyers then updating to the seller in time. - Very flexible and convincing tactics in dealing with the seller and the buyer to bring the benefits to the both sides. - Willing to provide extra useful information such as solicitors, brokers, and other agents to help the transition (sell the house and buy a new one) is easy and smooth.
