Varun provided exceptional service and support during our recent sale process. Communication was clear and thorough, with Varun essentially on call to answer any question at any time. He was exceptionally proactive and made the process as painless as possible through regular, constructive advice. This was demonstrated when he provided advance notice to his list of active, serious buyers that our house would soon be placed on the market for Auction. The end result was that we had three interested parties request three early inspections of our property (before it went to market) that resulted in 2 decent offers within 72 hours of the first inspection. Ultimately an offer was accepted and contracts exchanged almost two weeks before the house was intended to go to market - saving us the marketing costs in the process. We’ll use Varun and Chayan again when we next seek to sell.
