Did not listen, overbearing. Time keeping was poor. I did not personally see any offer in writing. I didn't appreciate Varun trying bully me into making a counter offer when the first offer was no were near the ball park, he had already been told by my husband we would not counter offer, there is nothing in the rule book saying you have to counter offer.
