Although I did end up as the under-bidder in the auction, I thoroughly recommend Vaughan. He was knowledgeable about the market and the auction process. I hadn't participated in an auction previously and was very hesitant - Vaughan was incredibly patient in explaining the process to me and diligent / encouraging in ensuring I knew when the auction was and that I would attend.
