We were grateful to Vedant for his efforts in building relationships with prospective buyers and for reaching a sale within weeks. We would caution that the price guide for our property was originally set $20k higher and revised down during the sale process. This may have been due to macro market factors, but we would have naturally felt better if a lower expectation was set and a higher sale price was achieved.
