Mr Vella was patient, polite and extremely helpful and was able to find an ideal house for me to purchase. Not only did Mr Vella show me the neighborhood surrounding the house, bus stops, shops and station, but, hearing that my mother wanted to come to Melbourne he went out of his way to locate a nearby nursing home and made an appointment for me to see the management and get the necessary information. I have no hesitation in saying that Mr Vella is the most outstanding estate agent I have yet encountered and will certainly recommend him, and of course Ray White, to all my friends and anyone who is interested in purchasing property in Melbourne.
