Venky is very flexible in his open times and was very knowledgeable about the suburbs and surrounds.
This property was initially listed with a different agent who gave an unrealistic initial appraisal, did multiple open homes inspection (for almost 5 months) and multiple private inspections however getting no offers (had 1 signed offer where buyer withdrew on 2nd day) Venky on the other hand was very realistic and straight forward from the very beginning. He was confident what price he could get for the property and eventually got what he promised. On an average, Venky only showed the property to couple of potential buyers and also introduced me to the buyers making it equally comfortable for both of us. Venky and Bhanu both tried hard to get me a good price equally making sure the buyer is also happy. I regret not going to Venky first as it would have saved me a lot of trouble and time.
