We have no complaints about Vera. She worked very hard on a very difficult sale. Unfortunately our auction was a very negative experience for us and although we did sell our house we have tried to forget it ever happened. We feel that the Real Estate should have appointed an agent more experienced with the particular clientele the area was involved with as we feel that Vera was placed in a very difficult situation with the people she was dealing with and who did not respect her. We also feel that she should not have had to host the open homes alone as I myself have attended numerous open houses and there were always 2 people there. Given the circumstances Vera handled it very well but she shouldn't have to do it alone. Given a different house in a different area there would have been no problems for her and I feel for what she had to endure. Vera is an excellent real estate agent given the circumstances and I would not hesitate to recommend her.
