PRINCIPAL and Co-founder of Stage Property, Vera Zhang combines her passion for property, real estate experience and tertiary education to deliver not only outstanding knowledge and service, but also to secure exceptional results.
With a Commerce Degree from Curtin University, a Diploma in Property, a Certificate IV in Financial Planning and a Masters in Property almost completed; Vera believes strongly in education and training to foster knowledge and enhance professionalism. Working as an agent for seven years in the Perth area, Vera decided to launch her own business offering her clients’ exemplary service that she believes will position Stage Property as industry leaders.
Western educated, with an Asian background, Vera has an extensive national and international network of buyers/investors that she has established a relationship with. Vera believes that this is a key point of difference from other local agents, and has successfully transacted on many properties, sourcing overseas investors.
Fundamental to achieving an outstanding outcome for her clients, is negotiating the optimum price possible for the property, taking into consideration market conditions at the time – one of Vera’s core strengths is her negotiation skills, she will always endeavour to achieve the ultimate result for her clients.
