Vern provided timely , accurate and valuable inputs. I guess why I'm writing this is that most of my previous experience with Real Estate Agents has been negative, over promise and under deliver. He was the opposite ! Extra videos and information was the norm. When attending the property he focus was on myself not his mobile device or his next appointment.
