The best indication of the performance of an agent is whether we would use him again. The answer is "yes." Having said that, however, the house that we bought through him requires a lot more work than we imagined. That is an issue for us, however, rather than the agent's fault. It will be a beautiful house, in a wonderful location, when we have finished our cosmetic update.
