The first time I spoke with Vern, was when I saw he was the agent on a listing for an apartment I loved. I called him right away expressing my interest, and explained that this was the first time I was going through this process and was feeling pretty nervous about everything. He gave me some great advice and encouraged me to come and inspect the apartment, and let him know my thoughts ASAP. I went to the inspection and fell in love with the apartment, so before I even left the inspection I had filled out my offer and sent it through to Vern. I had what felt like endless questions about the terms in the offer I was making, and Verny explained everything and helped guide me through the process. Being young and having never done this before, I was really anxious to hear back about my offer but Vern really comforted me; he was really understanding and reassuring. When there was something I didn't understand, he took the time to explain and really showed that he cared. It was evident just how much experience he has in the industry, and it showed whenever I spoke with him. I still remember the phone call from when my offer was accepted, Verny called me and I felt so many emotions all at once. He really followed through and I can't express how much I appreciated it. On settlement day, when I went to go get the keys Verny even prepared a little gift basket for me, which is something I didn't expect at all but went such a long way. My mum recently purchased a home and was definitely jealous when I got that; but it's just another thing Verny did that made showed me that he really cared about me. I can't thank Verny enough for all of his help, have reccomended him to my friends and family, and will definitely go with for anything property related in the future!

I am not lying when I say dealing with Vern was an absolute delight from start to finish. Obviously selling a family home is up there on the stress level with having a colonoscopy however Vern managed to keep the experience interesting, informative and fun. On Auction day he was supportive and calm and assisted both us, the vendors, and the buyers to achieve their respective goals. Could not fault any aspect of the process.
