Really can't say enough about the professional and dedicated service Vern produced. There is no doubt in my mind our sale would have fallen through without the exceptional service and extra effort shown. A bad conveyancing experience put our sale at jeopardy the day before settlement, significant effort and time by Vern ensured a solution to enable the settlement to go through.
