Fabulous agent!

Vern was amazing from start to finish. He advised on what little extra things needed to be done around the house and garden which could help with the selling price and he communicated with us in a very clear and precise manner. We were travelling overseas when the house went on the market and Vern kept us up to date with daily status emails which was incredibly reassuring. We were overjoyed when the house sold within a day of being on the market and for over our initial asking price!!!!! Vern was the one who made it all happen. We were confident that our house was in the right hands from the word go and we could not recommend Vern highly enough.
