We recently purchased a property from Vern, and we have to say that he really was Fabulous. We have bought and sold many properties, but Vern was a standout agent. We know that without Vern the sale would not have gone ahead as smoothly as it did, it was a complicated purchase, but he went over and above what anyone could have expected to get the job done.
