Friendly and Helpful

Vern is very friendly and helpful but more importantly very knowledgeable. Vern suggested that we put our home to market after a short (3 week) marketing campaign. At first we were a little hesitant as we had no experience of auctions - had never even made a bid. The idea of having our house “open” for a short time certainly appealed. We followed Vern’s advice and before we knew it our home was sold. Vern’s colleague Jess was also really knowledge and extremely helpful. We would highly recommend Vern and would use his expertise again in a flash!
