Great to work with.

From day one i have always felt that vern was willing to work with my needs as a seller. When vern first made contact with me the house was still half way through the renovations. I appreciated how he could see the vision of the house and was patient throughout the process of getting the house ready for sale. He is an honest person and you feel that when you speak to him. I never felt as though he tried to take control of the whole process... vern always spoke about his ideas based around his expertise on getting the right price and they all turned out to be on the money. If you are looking for an honest person to help you through the process of selling a property, vern has my tick of approval. Tom
