Vern was great! He achieved a negotiated price we never thought possible, his knowledge of the property market and related matters was valuable in us understanding the process and a few hurdles that came up.

Verne was great, felt awesome dealing with him through the whole process. But from the very beginning we had 2 lighting setups which were never wired up. Verne assured us that the place would be sold as is, I even offered to remove them at the beginning to avoid any dramas. Ended up the advice cost us $500 to settle the issue 1 day from settlement as the buyers threatened to delay settlement due to the false promises from Verne as he assured us that it was no problem.. at that time I had just hired my removalists etc and had no choice but to Pay it. Even gave verne a sale bonus for his efforts of over $1500. Not happy. Verne should have maybe taken that $500 out of his bonus for his out right lack of false promises. Not happy Verne. Calling a spade a spade mate. NOT HAPPY!

We bought our property after seeing it online and did not get a chance to view in person before bidding. Vern did well showing us around remotely and answering our questions with "patience".
