Efficient and friendly

We bought our property after seeing it online and did not get a chance to view in person before bidding. Vern did well showing us around remotely and answering our questions with "patience". He answered or returned all our calls promptly and was easy to reach. We never felt pressurised and were comfortable with his relaxed attitude.
