Veronica is extremely warm and friendly, very attentive at any hour, totally in top of the brief, an absolute pleasure to deal with. We weren’t actually looking for a new house, and may not have even gone to see it , but Veronica was so welcoming when we called and so easy to deal with we thought why not .
