Veronica Baker

Veronica Baker is very attentive and market aware . Her pricing structure and recommendations were spot on .

Ronnie became our preferred agent after a very slow start to the sale of our property. She came in with a totally different point of view and arranged photography to show any buyer what we had created and how a buyer could enjoy the property. She was extremely explanatory and added so much more to the sales pitch than with the previous agent. She has been guiding us all the way and created an easy path for us to navigate. We learnt si much more than was mentioned with our previous agent. Her punctuality, communication, and care was second to none. She kept us in the loop at all times and was available for all questions that we had. We can’t thank her enough for all the work she put in and fighting for the price we needed as well as her guidance thoughtfulness and honesty through this unfamiliar territory. I would recommend her to any buyer or seller in the area. You could not find a more honest, efficient , hard working and committed agent. Thank you Ronnie. Kerry and Lee

Veronica is a very knowledgeable and professional women. She was very helpful and dedicated both to seller and buyer. No questions were to hard for her to answer and her assistance with my needs was delt with keen understanding.

We were viewing advertised properties on the exterior window of the office when Veronica approached us and asked what we were looking for. From then Veronica exceeded our expectations showing us several properties going above and beyond to accommodate us due to time constraints. We felt Veronica really listened to what we were trying to find and as a result we have purchased a beautiful property thanks to the effort Veronica went to. We would highly recommend Veronica who was always very professional, diligent and polite to deal with. It was an absolute pleasure. Thank you very much Veronica.
