My experience with Veronica Perez and her team at PRD Maroubra was very encouraging and I received the positive result I wanted. They are part of a friendly, energetic business with wide expertise in the field.

I found Veronica to be very helpful and accommodating. She answered all my questions and worked hard to help me get the apartment that i liked. She is always happy to assist with anything you need. She is really great and trustworthy....a rare jewel in this industry.

Veronica was by far the most workshy and abrasive agent we have had the displeasure of dealing with. Briefly: 1.Veronica repeatedly passed along offers substantially lower (55k - 100k) than the agreed price (as per agency agreement) insisting that they were the best offer that we will ever get. She repeatedly tried pressuring us into accepting these offers insisting that we don’t waste her time by asking for better offers. 2.Veronica pressured us to lower the asking price on marketing campaigns and this just resulted in even lower offers than we were previously getting. Reputable agents in the area have advised that this was a rookie mistake given the desired outcome. Even so, she continually asserted that we were wasting everyone’s time, and in particular, her time. Veronica tried to compel us to remove the listing and just pay her advertising fees because we were “wasting her time”. Yet, when we insisted that she do her job and reinstate the original asking price less $5k, we received an offer some $40k higher than she said we will ever receive. 3.When the purchaser had issues arranging finance and tried to negotiate a $20k discount on the sale price, Veronica advised us to withdraw from the sale and just pay her substantial advertising fees. She made no effort to negotiate or work around the issue. A truly inert attitude.   4.We certainly did not get the service that  Veronica agreed to provide, and had Veronica successfully pressured us, we would be over $40k out of pocket right now. Luckily for us, the buyer finally came through, but by no means due to Veronica’s efforts. Veronica has acted most indolently throughout the entire engagement. We cannot in good faith recommend this service to anyone, and we are extremely displeased and dissatisfied with the lack of due skill, care, and professionalism. She has not acted in our best interests and her use of abrasive pressure tactics is most alarming.

From Veronica's personal approach, to the individualised marketing campaign from her knowledge of the local Maroubra area market and to her attention to open house presentation by her and her staff, her efforts, to obtain maximum price for the property and then to the Auction process, all was very professionally handled. Her estimation of the market value of the property was exceeded prior to auction. I am sure Veronicas personal approach to the campain helped to obtain the price achieved.

Having previously rented our property with PRD -Perez as the managing agents we were guided by Veronica and Donna in the sale of our property. It was not an easy decision to cut the ties with Sydney but with their realistic, practical and helpful advice and great knowledge not only of the local area but the market in general we were convinced we were choosing the right agents and making the right decision to sell.
