I have had the opportunity to buy with Stephen Cachia from PRP and now sell my 3 bedroom townhouse at a record price within less than 2 weeks off market. Stephen is the most pleasant and easy person to deal with. Loads energy and has the knack of helping you prepare you for sale, open house inspections. He asks lots about your place & points out every possible positive on the aspect of your property. Fully engages with buyers and is realistic and honest with suggestions and information along the way. Very experienced at his job. He even reprinted brochures to add extra detail. Confirmed and checked all details. Had lots of contacts and nothing was any trouble. PRD are a pleasure to deal with including Stephen, Veronica and Guy.
