Veronica and her team were fantastic in selling our family home after Dad went into aged care. It was a lengthy process getting everyone on board and Veronica kept in contact and shared information, like properties, etc with just the right amount of direction to help us make the decision. Once signed Veronica's team kicked into gear and all the challenging tasks for us were taken care of! Introducing existing buyers being the starting point and managing the negotiations with them until the agreed price was achieved, huge relief for family to sell the property before we even kicked off the marketing. We never felt rushed or pushed into a decision, just guided by experience.
