Veronika Turnbull has sold successfully a few apartments of mine in the past. The last apartment she has sold turned out a rather difficult task, as the size of the studio was below 37sqm. Unfortunately the banks have a lot of restrictions on lending with apartments who are located within big blocks and are below 40sqm.
