Vicki was an outstanding agent, she really went the extra mile for us. Living out of town made it difficult but Vicki was always on the spot to sort out any issues. She regularly checked the house and kept abreast of everything. Communication was always professional prompt and friendly. I don’t think she could have worked harder for us with what turned out to be a very challenging time for us. Vicki was outstanding we would use her again in a heartbeat
