We were selling our rental property in a loss situation. Vicki gave us an honest appraisal and got on with finding buyers. Several offers were generated almost immediately. They were lower than the appraisal. Instead of being advised to accept these low offers and listen to what the market was saying, she advised these were mostly from investors, and that we would get more if we were prepared to be patient. I don't know if you have sold a house before but you don't get this sort of advice from a commission focused self interested agent. Lots more hard work and many offers later, Vicki found us our buyer. We came out of the deal with our shirts on and couldn't have been happier with the job Vicki did and the result she achieved for us.
