Being new to the country and how house buying goes, Vicki walked us through the process, providing information where we needed it. She helped us with reducing the price of the property when required, helped with the timelines for the property purchase, and even gave us a nice moving in present for once settlement was completed. Even then, once we were moved into the property, she still kept in contact, and helped in a few areas where we were still not sure. Vicki was a massive help throughout the process...a god send.
