The Open Houses Vicki conducted drew a significant number of people and she ensured she followed up on every level of interest shown. It wasn't just her personality that I found conducive to selling my home, it was her ability to negotiate professionally and draw on the many positives that she saw my home displayed. She is highly in tune with the property market in the area. From the incredible advertising sign at the front of my property to the well-worded blurb, Vicki was able to capture what my home had in order to knock out any competition. I followed her suggestions before the marketing began and did a few things to spruce up my home, to captivate even more interest. She knew exactly what people were looking for and how to show that my home had it. Vicki is a true professional and a genuinely honest and lovely woman. I know she is well-respected in the area as I met with her a few times for coffee and a couple of meals and the amount of people who would approach her and give her a hug and engage with her was amazing. She is like royalty in the property market in the area and that is the best way I can describe her. I cannot speak highly enough of Vicki Heathwood and if there were 10 stars I would gladly give them to her.

Hopeless on settlements.. Due to what ever Vicki was going through at the time, she didn’t recognise me when we spoke at the shops, I had to remind her my sale was closing in 2days... then she recognised me. I moved from Alstonville expecting all to be good, but Vicki forgot to let their accountant to release my money from the Trust Fund, so I was stuck for a weekend not knowing whether I had a house or not!!! No not happy with my experience with Vicki this time.
