My wife and I are actually not very happy in the dealings with prime real estate when we went there for our final inspection we were basically told we had very limited time . We were pushed out as fast as we got in there, to inspect the property and we later discovered why as the place was filthy many things were broken and lots of things i.e. Aircon and various other parts of the building were in an satisfactory condition we have spent thousands of dollars already getting this place up to speed the state of this house was disgusting. We are fully aware that it was an old house but you guys as an agent were fully aware that we were interstate buyer we had a building inspection done and half the stuff on the building inspection was not even listed therefore leading us to believe we were misled by the builder as well as he was known to prime agents a little bit of a heads up would’ve been nice of things that needed doing in this property but we had nothing.We were seriously considering taking legal action against you but figured what’s the point will just never deal with prime agents again.

Vicki Maynard and Prime Agents were recommended to me independently by two people I knew in Point Vernon - they just do house sales I was told, so no other distractions! Vicki and Ash presented themselves to me as a duet team. It worked well in that I had returned to Hervey Bay Mon 16/8/21 to prepare my Mum's house for sale, engaged this team with a "signed Form 6" by AM Fri 20/8/2021 and it went on the market Mon 20/9/21 and one open on Sat 25/9/21. I had returned to my Adelaide residence on Tue 14/9/21 and planned my return to be just before settlement as agreed. I had relocated my Mum in week 3 of July 2021 to Adelaide and established her in respite care in Adelaide; I have Power of Attorney for her. We had good communication between both parties i.e. myself and the real estate team which allowed sensible plans to be developed and implemented with some tweaks. It worked well for my time pressure situation and a few curved balls challenges along the way. The final offer was agreed by late September and settlement should have been Mon 01/11/21; it was delayed one week due to another unknown curved ball issue raised by the Titles Office that required good communications with all parties involved to achieve resolution with minimised delay. I have no hesitation in recommending Vicki and Ash as a duet team to sell a house in Point Vernon and the Greater Hervey Bay Areas.
