My wife found Vicky to be extremely rude when it came to the handover

My wife and I are actually not very happy in the dealings with prime real estate when we went there for our final inspection we were basically told we had very limited time . We were pushed out as fast as we got in there, to inspect the property and we later discovered why as the place was filthy many things were broken and lots of things i.e. Aircon and various other parts of the building were in an satisfactory condition we have spent thousands of dollars already getting this place up to speed the state of this house was disgusting. We are fully aware that it was an old house but you guys as an agent were fully aware that we were interstate buyer we had a building inspection done and half the stuff on the building inspection was not even listed therefore leading us to believe we were misled by the builder as well as he was known to prime agents a little bit of a heads up would’ve been nice of things that needed doing in this property but we had nothing.We were seriously considering taking legal action against you but figured what’s the point will just never deal with prime agents again.
