We enjoyed a very open and honest working relationship with Vicki. Vicki worked tirelessly to resolve and assist with issues that occurred with the sale process during a flattening market. I felt concerns were dealt with in a fair manner to vendor and purchaser. (Vicki was constructive, reasonable and firm.) Vicki has been very helpful in providing great contacts for gardeners and trades and has also ensured that we’ve met our neighbours before moving. This was over and above our expectations (but very welcome) and has led to an easy transition to Willow vale for us. I would buy or sell through Vicki when the time comes. (It is great to have Vicki and her family as neighbours).
