I was very impressed with the homework done and professional presentation that Vicki put together indicating pricing and similar type properties that sold around the area recently. We discussed how to go to sale and I was happy to go with Vicki's suggestion to list the property and not go to auction. She kept me fully informed on the interest and progress being made and was very happy with the final sale price, it was about where I was expecting and about where Vicki predicted.
